ACCESS YOUR TICKETS

Fast & easy access: your tickets can be displayed on your phone’s screen for scanning.
Log in to your Symphony account using your smart phone

  • At ncsymphony.org (or at the top of this page) tap the “My Account” button.
  • Tap “Sign In” icon at the top right of the blue page.
  • In the “Sign In to North Carolina Symphony” window, enter the email address and password for your account.
  • If you don’t know your password, select “Forgot Password” to receive a one-time code by email to reset your password. When you enter the code sent to your email, you will be able to create a new password.

Save tickets to your phone

  • Tap “Manage Tickets” to view your tickets.
  • Select each ticket one at a time. When the ticket shows on the screen, tap “Save to phone” or “Add to Apple Wallet.”

  • Call the box office at 919.733.2750 (hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) and ask for your tickets to be sent to your phone by text message.
  • You will receive a separate text message from Ticketmaster for each ticket with a link. Tap the link in each message to display the ticket on your screen, then tap “Save to phone” or “Add to Apple Wallet.”
  • Repeat this process with each message.

Log in to your Symphony account using your laptop or desktop computer

  • At ncsymphony.org (or at the top of this page) click the “My Account” button.
  • Click “Sign In” at the top right of the blue page.
  • In the “Sign In to North Carolina Symphony” window, enter the email address and password for your account.

Print your tickets

  • Once you are logged in, click “Manage Tickets.”
  • Select your concert and click the “PRINT” icon.
  • Select all tickets to print and click “Continue.”
  • A few seconds after you click “print” you will be able to select your browser and view your tickets.
  • When the tickets display in your browser, you can print with the print icon in your browser.
