Pre-concert activities
Free, kid-friendly activities will begin in the lobby one hour before each performance!
Bring your favorite stuffed animal and come early. A special team from WakeMed Children’s invites you to visit their Teddy Bear Clinic before the concert. From band-aids and splints to X-rays and hugs, they have just the right treatment to get your cuddly friends on the road to recovery.
Marbles Kids Museum will bring hands-on Jedi fun!
- What’s your Jedi name? Use the formula to find your name and make a sticker.
- Design your own X-Wing Starfighter. Make a paper airplane and test it.
- Jedi Training: Use the Force to practice repairing your ship in outer space.
NCS Instrument Zoo! lets you try out real musical instruments!
Enjoy a pre-concert Ovations performance featuring student musicians from Meredith Suzuki Strings beginning at 12:15pm.
