For all subscription tickets (purchased online, by phone, or in person) and for individual tickets purchased by phone or in person:

  • Receive a credit to your Symphony account to be used for a future North Carolina Symphony ticket or subscription purchase.
  • Designate your ticket payment as a donation to the Symphony. Your ticket(s), when donated, will count toward the State of North Carolina Challenge Grant goal. We appreciate your support.
  • Request a refund to your original method of payment.
