PUBLIC HEALTH UPDATE: COVID-19
Current Concert Status
In line with current guidelines from Governor Cooper and recommendations for preventative measures from the CDC regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), North Carolina Symphony concerts through July 18, 2020, are canceled or postponed. We will contact ticket-holders directly as soon as possible with details about plans for postponed concerts. Ticket-holders may refer to the information below for options available regarding ticket exchange credits, donations, or refunds.
Any further changes to our schedule will be communicated directly with ticket-holders via email and/or phone.

To provide flexibility, we are offering the following options:
For all subscription tickets (purchased online, by phone, or in person) and for individual tickets purchased by phone or in person:
- Receive a credit to your Symphony account to be used for a future performance. The credit may be applied toward any North Carolina Symphony ticket or subscription purchases.
- Designate your ticket payment as a donation to the Symphony. Your ticket(s), when donated, will count toward the State of North Carolina Challenge Grant goal. We appreciate your support in this difficult time.
- Request a refund to your original method of payment.

Information about refunds for Ticketmaster purchases is available through your Ticketmaster account.
We ask that you please hold on to tickets for concerts that have been postponed as we work to reschedule these performances. We will be in touch with ticket-holders as soon as we have rescheduled the dates.
