PUBLIC HEALTH UPDATE: THE CORONAVIRUS
These are unprecedented times that are having a significant financial impact on the Symphony. We are especially appreciative of our generous patrons who will consider donating their tickets purchases by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 919.733.2750, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. And, please consider making an additional gift to the Symphony by clicking here.
Current Concert Status
In line with current guidelines from Governor Cooper and recommendations for preventative measures from the CDC regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), North Carolina Symphony concerts March 13 through May 16, 2020, are canceled or postponed. We will contact ticket-holders directly as soon as possible with details about plans for individual concerts. Ticket-holders may refer to the information below for options available regarding ticket exchange credits, donations, or refunds.
Any further changes to our schedule will be communicated directly with ticket-holders via email and/or phone.

To provide flexibility, we are offering the following options:
For all subscription tickets (purchased online, by phone, or in person) and for individual tickets purchased by phone or in person:
- Receive a credit to your Symphony account to be used for a future performance. The credit may be applied toward 2020/21 concerts, including subscription purchases.
- Designate your ticket payment as a donation to the Symphony. The purchase price will be credited to your account as a donation to support the Symphony’s mission of artistic excellence, statewide service, and music education. We appreciate your support in this difficult time.
- Hold on to your tickets as we work to reschedule performances.
- Request a refund to your original method of payment.
