Memorial Hall Memorial Hall - Chapel Hill
Memorial Hall, a 1,434-seat proscenium theater located on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, was built in the early 1930's. The on-site staff, both supervisors and crew, is composed of undergraduate and graduate students who are manageed by the Office of the Executive Director for the Arts. Duke Chapel Duke Chapel - Durham
Once cited by Aldous Huxley as "the most beautiful and successful experiment in neogothic form in the world," Duke Chapel is one of the most popular features in North Carolina. The chapel, built in 1930, is English Gothic and represents one of the last great collegiate Gothic projects in the United States.
