Customer Service
REFUNDS
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date in order to receive a full refund. Customer must have receipt and label still on merchandise in order to receive a refund. If customer paid by check or cash, refund will be returned in cash. If customer paid by credit card, a credit will be processed on the same credit card.
RETURNS
If a customer does not have a receipt, they will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase. The customer must return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase date. Customer must have receipt and label still on merchandise in order to exchange. Exchanges will be handled as a store credit.
